At Hale Bob, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and ensure you receive a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
